Our 365-Day (1-Year) Feel-the-Difference Guarantee

If you don't feel the difference after 60 days of daily use, email us — we'll refund your most recent order in full. Keep the pouches. No restocking fees. No forms. No guilt-trip retention calls.

Why a full year?

Because real nutrition doesn't work in 48 hours. Our customers typically feel energy changes by week 2, cycle and sleep shifts by week 4, and skin/hair results in weeks 6-10. We built a year-long guarantee so you can take your time and actually find out if HiPrimal is for you.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hi@hiprimal.com from the address on your order. Subject: "Refund."
  2. Tell us in one sentence what didn't work (we use this to make the product better, not to talk you out of it).
  3. We process refunds within 5 business days of your email. You'll see the money back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days of that.

The fine print (kept short)

  • Return shipping: You don't pay. We don't need the pouches back.
  • Subscription orders: Each order is refundable independently. Cancel or pause anytime in your account.
  • Damaged or missing items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it on our dime.
